All commissions are done on the understanding that the buyer undertakes not to reproduce the image, or any part thereof, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written agreement of the artist. He in return will, along with guaranteeing that the work is genuine and completely original, undertake not to reproduce the image, or any part thereof, by any means whatsoever, except as part of his own personal promotional portfolio or as part of future promotional web pages only, without the prior written agreement of the buyer. Should the buyer then sell the artwork to a third party, the new buyer should be advised of this agreement.
